Divorced Mom with 3 kids moved in with parents in March of 2018, Can she claim EITC?
Client divorced March 2018, moved in with her parents, has 3 children that lived with her over half of the year, she has 26k earned income and is filing single, can she claim EITC?
She pays for everything for her kids. I know she can not be HOH, because her parents pay for the home.
