Where do I enter dividends and capital again distributions on Form 990 /990EZ?

    Additional information to my original question: I have a 1009DIV statement that has amounts in Boxs 1a, 1b, and 2a

    Is there a place to enter this on the 990 ? If not, do I total the amounts and enter on the tax return?
