Deleting form 1099G from 2019 that was only need in 2018

Same way you delete any form? 

Sometimes that 1099g worksheet is weird and wont let you delete it, I feel like it happens when multiple states are involved.

    West Virginia 1099G not needed for 2020. Unable to delete. Do not have any FEIN to enter, etc. since taxpayer did not get form for 2020 

     

    How to fix?

    The 1099g worksheet gets weird when there are multiple states. Did they file a WV return in 2019? Did they get a refund?
