Where do we report the one third deferred IRA distribution from 2020 due to covid on the 2021 return?

On the 8915F that IRS hasnt finalized and Intuit hasnt included in the program yet.

Intuit gives a tentative date as 3/17, so those returns go to the bottom of the pile!
