College tuition - covid refunds

College students with tuition and fees.  Backup documents have Covid CRRSAA refunds.  They paid tuition and room and board.  Can you apply refund to room and board leaving the "tuition" intact?

Yes, as long as scholarship or grant was eligible to be used for either R&B or tuition.  Simply go on to student info worksheet part V, line 4 and enter the amount of COVID funds were used for room & board.
