Client e-filed on March 27. Still processing as of May 15. The return has a Special Needs Adoption Credit, Form 8839. Would that credit slow the processing?

Ive got at least 1 return Efiled 3/27 still stuck in processing, just a basic return with retirement, soc sec int/divs...so who knows that makes some of them get hung up.
