Can you recover & restore a deleted tax return in ProSeries Professional?

I accidently deleted a client tax return file from the Homebase and need to find and restore it if possible. I looked in the Recycle Bin and the file is not there.

Look in Windows Recycle Bin. Thats where I find them when I delete them in HB.

don't see it in the recycle bin

weird, anytime I choose Delete in HB, I find the file in the recycle bin.

Do you have a cloud back up running at all? Carbonite has saved me a few times when I deleted a file in Windows and it wasnt in the recycle bin.
