Yes, it's on the estimated tax worksheet.

    You can schedule estimated payments for auto withdrawal on the tax return prior to filing it...if youve already filed the return, you wont be able to make estimated payments.

    They would need to be made via check/payment voucher or using IRS Direct Pay on their website.
