Can you efile an amended IL 2020 Tas return in Proseries Basic?

I need to amend my clients 2020 return.  I know you can file federal electronically, but doesn't show IL as a state.  However IL does allow you to efile an amendment for.  I guess the question is if not, why?

I dont see it in the drop down list of states that Amended can be Efiled.  CA allows it too, but PS doesnt offer it.
