Can taxpayers who just collected unemployment get the child tax credit or the EIC?

Last year clients worked and received both credits. Proseries not allowing anything for 2020.

There is an option to use 2019 earned income, check it out.

    Did they have earned income in 2019?  Look at the EIC worksheet for the 2019 lookback portion.
