Can't send for eSignature - Missing FEIN but have form 4852
My client's company went under. She has not been able to obtain a W2. I've checked the box for substitute W2 and created a form 4852. There are still two errors on her W2 - not have the state tax ID and not having the FEIN. I tried to send for eSignature, and of course it failed.
It is permitted to eFile with the form 4852, but I can't proceed forward with the errors on the W2.
Any suggestions?
