Can't file NYS return. Error message says Fed form 4868 is in progress.... but it was submitted and it marked completed. This is a Pro Series problem. Can someone fix the problem?
Can't file NYS return. Error message says Fed form 4868 is in progress.... but it was submitted and it marked completed. This seems to be Pro Series problem as the return doesn't get to NYS. Form 4846 was e-filed on 5/17 and accepted by the IRS on 5/17.
The Fed 1040 e-file was rejected and I have to submit the 1040 via mail. I changed everything to mailing the 1040 but want to file NYS via e-file. When submitting the NYS return, I get the info above.
