can i limit user rights to not allow a user to efile

I would like to limit efiling capability to select users.

I’m not positive but can’t you only efile from the admin computer? (maybe not - I actually never tried from one of the workstations) I tell my staff that only I e-file and they have never tried to e-file a return. Can’t you just tell them not to? If they do, fire them.
