Can I file a 2nd amended Form 1120S electronically?

Original Form 1120S was filed electronically. An amended return was also filed electronically and accepted. The tax return needs to be amended for a second time. Can I file the second amended return electronically? If so, are there any special instructions to follow? Do I need to make a copy of the original amended file and start from there, or can I just make changes to the last filed return?
