Can i expense the moving of the contents of one rental property that was sold, to a new rental property on schedule E?

client sold a furnished rental property and purchased a new rental property...she moved the contents from old to new...can i expense the moving costs on schedule E , if so, how to categorize

Off the cuff what would be the difference if you moved your office from one location to another?  If for profit activities it would be an ordinary and necessary expense.  But I'm sure someone here will shoot me down for posting off the cuff.

It appears to be an ordinary and necessary expense, I would call it delivery expense on the other expense line, I wouldn't  want to us the word moving!
