Can a withdrawal amount due to be withdrawn on 4/14 be changed? The file has been submitted.
I have filed a return owing 9000 with a withdrawal of 4/15. It was wrong and needs to be amended. The correct amount they owe is 5000. Can that be changed before they withdraw it or will it have to wait for the amendment?
