QUESTION CAN A FIREMAN DEDUCT HIS MILEAGE AND WORK RELATED EXPENSES IN TAX YEAR 2018 AS HE DID FOR TEN YEARS PRIOR? HE ALWAYS USED FORM 2106 FOR MILEAGE

Firemen in IL need to bring their own hoses to the fire?  Do they have to bring the water too?  :fire_engine::fire_engine:

The federal Sch A still has a place to enter Misc. Itemized Deductions for state purposes....are you asking where to enter them or if your particular state will allow them?
