Can a 1041 short year return ending in August of 2022 be filed using the 2021 tax software?

If i select fiscal year will i be able to file a 1041 short year return using 2021 software?

If the year starts and ends in 2022, you can use the 2021 software but you will have to paper file and manually cross off the 2021 dates and write in 2022.
