AUTOWITHDRAWAL OF ESTIMATED PAYMENT NOT TAKEN BY IRS ON JULY 15
I filed a return on 5/31/2020 annotating for both autowithdrawal of tax due on 'info works' tab and autowithdrawal of estimated payments on 'estimated payments' tab, part III. Payment 1 box is "x'd" and the amount indicated is for both payments 1 and 2. Payment 2 box is not marked, but payments 3 and 4 are marked for payment.
The IRS did not autowithdraw the estimated payment on the date on the form - July 15, 2020, but did autowithdraw the 2019 taxes due as scheduled.
Has anyone else had the IRS NOT autowithdraw the estimated payment?
