auto draft of 1st installment of estimated fed tax & fed tax bal. due

anyone have any updates on this situation, my personal estimates have not yet drafted & I'm wondering if estimated tax won't auto draft will bal. due tax returns draft on date specified ?

there were some issues with ES payments
