AR state individual income tax return e-filed REJECTED due to missing preparer information
I submited the AR individual income tax return electronically, but it was rejected due to the missing preparer information on Form AR1000NR that I did not need to prepare or file at all. I completed and submitted the Form AR1000F Full-Year Resident (Long Form).
The paid preparer information in Part VII of AR state information worksheet shows my code which is pre-entered in Preparer Info under Tools>Options>Firm/Preparer Info.
Is any one has solution to fix this issue?
