anyone else's clients being shortened on their tax refund and don't know why?

My single clients are getting their correct amount for their refunds. My clients with children hoh and mfj are being shortened and all different amounts. Anyone else seeing this?

    They get letters of explanation. With the mail system these days it may take a while for them to arrive.

      are there teenagers on the return?  the RRC isnt computing correctly on some returns and its giving RRC for kids that dont qualify....review your RRC worksheet and the dependents ages, and verify if this may be the issue.
