Anybody else notice the Proseries 2022 tax form 8962 not calculating correctly for incomes over the 400% above poverty line?
The health care subsidy cliff was eliminated through 2025. As soon as modified adjusted income goes over the 400% of poverty line the software indicates all the premium credit has to be paid back.
This is not correct.
