American rescue plan healthcare subsidies

I have a client that made more this year and didn’t report it to the marketplace. It’s a pretty big increase and now they owe 17k. I was reading that the American rescue plan says that you can waiver the repayments of subsidies. If so, how do you do that?

any guidance will be much appreciated

    Hold tight.  The IRS has to figure how they are going to handle that.  Once they figure it out, then Intuit needs to figure out how they are going to handle it.
