American Opportunity Education Credit 5th year
Student graduated in May (that would count of his fifth year according to previous Forms 8863 already used 4 times by his parents). He got a well-paying job and is filing on his own in 2021. Can I claim the credit on his return as versus the Lifetime Credit?
