amending 2019 for taxpayer with IRS issued PIN. efiling gets rejected saying PIN must match. PIN is on original return

Trying to amend a 2019 return for taxpayer wit PIN.  Efiling keeps rejecting saying PIN must match database.  Original PIN is on return.  Should I try to use 2020 PIN?

Identity Theft PIN?

Each one is good for returns filed during a specific year per the letter. So use the one for 2020 returns.

The more I know the more I don’t know.
