Amend return not originally filed in ProSeries
I am amending a 2019 tax return for a new client. I recreated the return in ProSeries, but the software does not acknowledge that this return was previously efiled. How do we override it?

You don’t. You need to paper file. ProSeries doesn’t allow you to e-file an amended return for which you didn’t file the original
