Address to mail election to forego carryback period for NOL
I inadvertently e-filed the tax return without attaching the PDF election to forego the carryback period for an NOL. I have been unable to find an address to mail it in.

As far as I can tell, it is required to be attached to the tax return. So I guess you maybe need to file an amended or superseding return with the statement? I suppose you may be able to e-file that.
