Address on the Fed 1040ES for Iowa

I believe the address is incorrect. It is showing last years address. According irs.gov, it has changed to: IRS, PO Box 931100, Louisville, KY.

Yes it is wrong, but I make all my own envelopes out for my clients so it doesn't affect me. However the form is not final yet so all is not lost. If wrong when form is final you would have to remind clients to use correct address.
