Additiional form 4797 for different transaction

How do I pull up an additional 4797 for additional stock sales from a different brokerage firm?

    4797 is for sale of business property.   Stocks sales would show ip on the 8949   

    Use the 1099B worksheet button at the top of Sch D, use one worksheet for each brokerage..

    It will transfer the sales to the 8949
