A client donated $10k of supplies to a school. The form 8283 "unrelated use" box is marked Yes as a program default. How (other than override) do I correct it to No?

On the Contrib Wks (nameofcharity) in Part VII "Charity's Use of Certain Appreciated Property" change the check box for question 14 to "yes"
That should change the For 8283
