7004 Extension for an S-Corp

The EIN from the IRS was given under a Corporation which then elected to become an S-Corp.  The IRS Code on line 1 is 25 (S-Corp) however the IRS only recognizes it as a 12 (Corp).  Is there anywhere in the program to reset the code?
