5118 Form Detroit City Tax Form

The city taxes for the tax payer is not transferring over to the form 5118 on ProSeries Professional.  Which line do I include the taxes to be calculated correctly without causing the tax payer to owe that amount that is missing?

The Detroit taxes withheld comes from the W2 and is directly transferred from there.  Are you inputting the local taxes from the W2?
