2022 WI Form 5S error for number of shareholders

Why is there an error on the WI Form 5S near the top of page 1 the line is "Total number of shareholders"? The error says there number must be at least 2.

But to put your mind at ease, he never said when that fix would happen 😉

An update for the Wisconsin 5S should be available for download that should resolve your issue. I am glad you spotted it so we could resolve this early before too many users had to deal with the same problem.

So you can't file a Partnership return with only 1 Partner or Member?

Hope they have it fixed with the next update.
