2021 SEP Contribution from worksheet is not transferring to the return

Partner made the maximum contribution to her SEP for 2021. I entered that amount on Keogh / SEP worksheet. The amount is not transferring to the 1040. Usually Part 111 of the SEP worksheet calculates and then the contribution amount will carry to the 1040. Part 111 is not calculating.
