2021 1120s and 1065 K-1 Recipient Letters

The codes are showing where the recipient information needs to be on the 1120s and 1065 K-1 recipient letters.

This is an reoccurring problem every year!!!  It needs fixed pronto!

Hello @mstrommer The following steps will allow you to print a recipient letter without the codes you're seeing. 

1. Select the Tools menu

2. Select letters

3. Select Schedule K-1 

4. Select Manage Recipient Letters, recipient Letter, then view. 

From here, you can select any one of the shareholder's K-1 recipient letters that are available. If you then print the letter, no codes will be present. I hope this helps!
