2021 1040-ES payments set up through Proseries

Client was set up for federal estimated payments for 2021 through tax prep software. Intuit stated they had an issue that caused problems for clients that were set up this way. IRS received 1st and 2nd quarter payments June 15, 2021. IRS has no record of any future estimated tax payments for 3rd and 4th quarter per client's EFTPS website and none are shown as set up. Client wants 3rd and 4th quarter estimates stopped. How does Intuit get these stopped?
