2020 proseries desktop shortcut icon has diasppeared. how can i access software to  (#1) open proseries 2020 and (2) get 2020 icon shortcut on desktop

Go to your list of program via the "Windows" button in the lower left corner.  You can open from there; you can also drag the icon over to your desktop from there.
