2019 individual tax returns will not transmit

Recently completed a 2019 individual tax return and have tried several times to e-file; they convert but do not transmit. No error message given.

Your program has a notification, as does the top of this web page, that the IRS is not accepting returns for efile until Feb 12. Look here:

I think Intuit could shave off a few bucks from the cost of their software by eliminating the "alerts" feature of the program. Nobody ever seems to see them so why pay for the programming involved with creating the alerts?

Actually this is a great question! It was confusing because they were not HOLDING them like the 2020 returns. But Today is the Day! Hope it is a Good Season for All!
