2018: shhh: W-2 state id info rolled over. now there is a silly box to check confirming it's legit.
If they reverse this, I'm going to wish I had transferred early, but I will still wait and let other people discover the bugs

I know I've been hit by a lot of anvils but I think the silly box confirming the rollover was there in the 2017 program.
