2018 PROSERIES BASIC E-FILING REJECTED BY INTUIT DUE TO NEED OF UPDATING

My ProSeries Basic 2018 is up to date but when I submitted the file, it gets returned because it reads that I need to update my software, which I've done before submission.  What's wrong?

Try REFRESHING updates, its a choice in the Updates menu...see if you have better luck.
