2018 form 5695 not printing main home address line 17b

doing amended returns for form 5695 and the main home address shows on line 17b but when I print the form line 17b is blank.

I dont think 2018 is completely ready for amending for the extenders....the 1040X is screwed up, if you look at it it's got 2019 as a choice and doesnt pull the changes to the 1040X if you mark the 2018 box....you have to mark 2019, which is wrong.

    Was on phone for over an hour with support and they see no problem with form 5695 line 17b not printing the address. Was told to write the address in or leave it blank??????

    Not sure if they are even going to look in to this.

    Its clearly a program bug, but again, I dont think 2018 is fully ready to amend for the extenders.

    @IntuitAustin  or @IntuitBettyJo  can you guys forward this to where it needs to go to....the 2018 5695 has an issue.
