2018 efile rejects due to needed updating of the program with the need to reconvert files - does not work
when i attempt to efile a 2018 tax return, i get the message that I need to update the program and reconvert the files that are listed to be filed. I have done that and i still get the same notes about updating. Has anybody encountered this problem and if so how to fix it?
