1099-R distribution for covid with 3 year taxable income plan

How/Where do you report the 2nd and 3rd year of taxable income?  Last year you clicked some buttons on the 1099-R screen and it broke out the money over the 3 years.  Example 30k distribution, only 10k was taxable in 2020.  So now I want to report the 10k for year 2021.  Where do I report this?  Do I just input it in the the 1099-R screen again?  Or do I need to show it on the 8915 form somewhere?

I assumed since I rolled over the client, the system would automatically roll this balance of taxable income forward but it doesnt seem to be.

Any guidance would be appreciated!  Thank you!

Lots and Lots of conversations on this.  Have to wait on Form 8915-F.

According to other posts (I had the same question), the form is not finalized and should be by 3/17.
