1040 was filed electronically without 1040ES. Can a 1040ES be subsequently filed electronically?

    do you mean to have the Qtrly 1040ES's automatically drafted? then no.  but....the U S Postal Service is willing and able, for a mere 55 cents, to forward a check and a paper 1040ES for you when they are due.
