100% owner of Scorp need to issue 1099 to pay for himself or have to issue W2 as the officer? what happened if he already issue 1099 MISC 2018?

Amend the F 1099 to zero.
Issue a W-2, AND do the payroll forms (including state) reporting the wages.
Yes, there will be penalties & interest. Oh well...bet the client pays attention going forward.
