I spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out why the depreciation schedule was wrong for a client only to eventually learn (with the help of a customer service person, so this cost you money too) that the "Land" column was imported as "Basis reduction (amortizable costs expensed, ITC, etc.)" and that apparently prevented that booking from being depreciated at all. What I was told to do was to delete that and then create a new booking for the land to track it, but not depreciate it.
Why there isn't a "land" column on your depreciation schedules when there is one on other products you make, I don't know. But if you aren't going to have it, then please at least import it correctly.
