    How do you populate MI-1045?

    MI NOL from 2020 is being utilized in 2021. I have entered the group 1 and group 2 NOL's in "Current Year NOL / Misc". Form 5674 is being populated correctly, but no corresponding form MI-1045 is populated (which is required to accompany form 5674).
