The donee address is causing the return to be rejected as an invalid address. I have verified that the address is correct by their website and their letterhead. I am at a loss as to solve this issue.
They aren't checking it against a database. This reject has to do with formatting - try deleting out the donee, and entering it again, typing the info in manually rather than copy-pasting. My guess is there's an invalid character, or an incorrect state abbreviation, or something similar.
