No matter what I do, I cannot edit an existing template (Engagement Letter) because when I hit the save button I see the below message:
"We couldn't save your changes because your letter includes unsupported special characters. We only support ASCII characters."
I even just open the editor, put a single word "test" within the body and clicked save and got that error message.
I also just opened the editor and clicked save with no edits and same message.
Also when sending an engagement letter, I cannot scroll through the multiple templates to get to the one I want to send. At some point the scroll stops and you have to count the position of the template in the scroll list for it to be selected. Very poorly designed interface.
Can someone please help!!
